Who's going for Spring Break 2006? Where are you staying?

We are going back for Spring Break the first week in April, its Kentucky's SB. Trying to decide where to stay though.....gives me something to plan and look forward to!

We are heading down for spring break as well. In Northwest suburbs of Chicago, spring break is the last week of March. I keep hoping that the D/S will offer a nice teacher discount. Nothing yet. If not with the AAA discount, CR is the same price as S/D. It's a hard decision. If one would just go down in price even for a couple of the days, our decision would be made. We'll just wait and see. Have fun planning. We always do.

We are from Washington state and will be in WDW March 24 - April 2. We have 2 weeks of spring break and that is our firt week of it. Our plan right now is to stay at POR. Our first stay at this resort. Usually stay at POFQ but wanted to try a different moderate.

Our spring break is the third week in April. This year it also is Easter, can you say crowded? We are staying at the contemporary, hopefully in a renovated room

brentalex..also from MA, also going spring break (Easter Week) and expecting LOTS of company.

tinkerrn..not sure if your week will be as crowded, but we plan on visiting the parks VERY early and be out of there before the crowds become unmanagable. Maybe book early dinners or late lunches before we leave the parks. I have never been to WDW Peak Season so I am hoping I plan it OK.

Mar 25 - April 8
First week, it will be me, DW, our 4 kids, my mom, and my 14yr old sister.
Second week will be without mom and sis.

We're currently planning to stay off-site for the first week since we need 2 rooms and the values are still $110/night with AAA, then at POR for the second week.

But if any good codes come out, we'd think about switching to Pop or AsMo for the first week and possibly CR or one of the Epcot resorts for the second week.

I know it will be crowded, but I'm hopeful that with Easter in April, the spring break crowds will be more spread out throughout March and April.

Spring break for us (Kansas), is March 18-26. We will be there at POFQ. Decided to try a moderate and do the dinning plan and get an extra room for the kids. There wil be 7 of us in 3 rooms. My DH, DS and his family (3) kids. We are wondering too, how crowded it will be. It was really the only tme we could find when all of us could go!!
