Those of you who have silence, did they give you a hold time?? I wasn't given one and I am really freaking out!!!

Yep, I was told 45 min, and the silence been on hold for 30 now. The silence is driving me nuts!

That was exciting! I got the male voice saying, "We're sorry, all circuits are busy now!" and he was immediately followed by the female voice saying the same thing during the same call! I didn't know it was possible to get a 2-for-1 deal like that! Sweet!

We had a pipe dream of shooting for Le Cellier, but that ain't gonna happen at this rate! Maybe we'll be lucky enough to sneak into Chefs de France...

Anybody else noticing a pattern? It seems like they average 3 female recordings to every two male recordings.

Absolutely!! Been there, done that!! Last year, I kept hitting redial for 35 mins, before getting through and then waiting an hour. Really got lucky this year.

Agent picked up at 7:38, all she got out was "thank you for...." and she DISCONNECTED ME!!!!!! I have been sitting still, on a landline with the phone on speaker so there's no way it was me that hung up. Now all I get is the busy signal. Ugh.

Got thru just a minute after 6AM CST after just one "all circuits are busy" message. Was told wait time of 30 minutes and I got hold music. Agent picked up just after 6:30 and I am all set! Got my first choice of Via Napoli for a 2PM lunch on 12/19 - very excited. Good luck and pixie dust to those of you still on hold - I'm going back to bed .
