I have been listening to silence for 26 minutes so far. I was told 45 minute wait time! It is kind of freaking me out too. I would like to hear just about anything at this point

I've also been trying since 7 and get all circuits are busy or a busy signal.

When I called yesterday the agent said that we could also book it online but I can't find any link to do that. Does anyone know how to book it online? I keep refreshing the page- but it just has the phone # where the other ones have a button to make a reservation.

Wow this is frustrating- this is Disney right? I expect better from them they should be better prepared for this.

Hope you all get in soon. I got in right at 7:00am with a wait time of 25 minutes. Right at 25 minutes a cast member picked up. I got Rose and Crown for 8 people on Nov. 25 for the 8:15 show. Dinner at 5:00pm. I was trying for the 6:45 show but there it was full for our party size. Good Luck!

Wow I don't feel so bad now. It only took me 6 minutes of dialing to get past the "all circuits are busy" messages. Then the automated system said the approximate wait is 20 minutes. That was 25 minutes ago.

You would think WDW could do something about the hold music fading in and out though. I've noticed it like that for years.

I'm only looking for Restaurant Marrakesh, which shouldn't be hard, but it's a Whoopi night, so I'm thinking that will be popular.

Still no sounds...just silence...on hold for 30 minutes now.

I started dialing at 6:55, just kept dialing. Got on hold at 7:02. Agent at 7:17. LeCelier no availability on 12/25. Got Chefs on 12/25 for lunch. Dinner seating was available but with 5 adults we decided on lunch because it's a bit cheaper.

Got the 'we're closed' once, then got through, didn't hear anything tell me how long the wait time was. Waited 25 minutes (with music) only to find that Biergarten is not loaded in the system yet. Booked Marakesh, Dec 21, as a back up and will try later today to switch it to Biergarten.
