My DS is a Yankees fan, and gets so much crap for it. Even had a guy on a motorcycle at a stop light yell into the window of my car to make a comment about his Yankees hat. We were not impressed lol. I myself just dont care for baseball... love my Pats and Celts though .

I too was so glad to see a little sun the other day. For a little bit this afternoon I thought it had stopped raining.... and nope! It was actually a bit cold today. Spent all kinds of money on this easy set pool, and no one is getting in... drives me crazy .

The forecast doesnt seem to look to good for the next week either.
Mike Haddad is just not a popular guy these days .

We are in the flood watch. But i really dont worry much about them where I am.

Woke up twice last night because of the thunderstorms! Thank goodness they didn't wake up DS7. He gets scared and I would have had to squeeze into is little bed with him to help him go back to sleep.

More rain is predicted for today. BOO! HISS! HISS! BOO!

Just had some heavy rain go through Newport. My DirectTV lost it's signal it was so bad.

Nasty rain last night and again tonight. Our old roof over our attic is leaking like a sieve!

Poor DH was out there last night before it got bad with tarps and roof tar...didn't seem to help at all. The 25 gallon bucket under the leaks is almost filled to the top!!! I'm afraid to go to work today.

This can't end soon enough for me!

There is suppose to be some heavy stuff coming for us this afternoon around 1pm. It's actually raining out right now as I am typing this. Hopefully it will stop so I can go for a walk around 8:30a.

Mike Haddad is not a poplular guy in this household most days!!! We prefer Josh Judge.

And Kevin Scarupa has been fondly termed "Kevin Screw-up-a" by a co-worker of mine!! We like him, but he's the new blood around there so you can't help but give him a bit of a hard time, even if it is only by yelling at the TV screen....

WMUR 9 is covering the Severe Weather right now. Epson, Alton and Barnstead have been hit really hard with lots of damage. Possible building collaspes in Epsom and Barnstead. A t-storm is headed towards Hampton Beach right now. If you know someone who is there and have their cell # give them a call and tell them to find shelter.

I hope everyone is safe and sound, especially Jen_in_NH and your family as you are in the area that received the brunt of the vicious weather that blew through here yesterday. My 80 year old MIL was on her way to Maine from Newport, NH and was on the side of the road for an hour outside Epsom because of the number of emergency vehicles coming through from neighboring towns. She called last night to let us know she was ok and made it to her friend's house but that the distruction in that area of the state was overwhelming.
