I thought Owen Wilson at first too, but I looked at some pictures of him and his eyes are pretty squinty and he has thick eyebrows. But maybe this was for a role and he had his brows waxed.....

I don't think it's Ellen. In the link, the left eye is bigger than the right and in the original picture that's not the case.
