I'm curious how any of you who flew from west coast to the east coast handled the 3 hour time difference with your baby?? I am DREADING it...Faith is on such an awesome nap/sleep schedule and I pray that I can keep it going while in Florida. Any suggestions or stories to tell?? Thanks everyone :hippie:

If you don't want to mess with her schedule, you can keep her on West Coast time if you are willing to get her up and put her to bed as you would at home.

If you are looking to transition her to East Coast time, I would begin a week to 2 before your departure. Start with 1/2 hour increments and slowly begin to adjust her sleep pattern as if you were on East Coast time.

Then upon your return you will be doing the same in reverse. It seems to me that coming home is easier.

Good luck and happy vacation :)
