WAS going to Venice on the 13th September - nearly a week away! Sadly I've injured myself so I've had to cancel my bookings and claim paid items back on insurance. Almost forgot a hotel I booked accidentally (how do you do that?!) way back, to be paid upon arrival... now all canceled. Only caught it by going over my eMails from the past month.

So sorry you were hurt. I had to cancel a vacation the day before departure once because I injured my back loading the suitcases into the car and couldn’t move. It’s such a disappointment when you have been looking forward to some time away. I hope you recover soon.
