whoops! forgot to book transportation!

Sailing this Saturday out of Port Canaveral and realized I never booked transportation back to MCO. I have a ride from MCO to Port Canaveral but was curious if anyone had advice on best way? Our flights aren't until late afternoon so we should have plenty of time. I think my options are:

A) Find a private van (the guy I normally use in Orlando didn't get back to me so I'll have to start searching from scratch.
B) rent a car and return it at MCO
C) Uber, but I'm concerned about surge pricing and availability

Open to any and all suggestions!

We've used SpacePort transport a few times - they're great. Last time we took an uber or lyft back which worked out fine too. You can book a few hours in advance (like when you wake up) to avoid the surge pricing I think.

If we have a late afternoon flight, we have rented a car and spent the day visiting beachside towns and grabbing lunch somewhere on a beach to extend our vacation a bit instead of sitting at the airport. The price of a one-way car rental is pretty comparable to what we would spend on an uber or private car transportation.

When we have late flights we rent a car. Not really much more and sometimes less than private transport/DCL. We visit our favorite spots on Cocoa beach or head towards WDW and resort hop or visit Disney Springs.

There is a charge. Can be booked one-way or return.

Do not use Go Port. They pick up Disney last and there's often not many seats (and definitely none together). Definitely call Disney and just use them. Far better/easier.

we have done Disney transfers, uber, and rented our own car. Renting a car is by far the most expensive, but so worth it. Allows us to hit Disney springs before our flight home. and we control our time on embarkation day.
