never had a 3 yr old :rolleyes2 Don't get me wrong, my dd is my life and I wouldn't change her for anything in the world, but 2 was a breeze. 3 is a bit more challenging :crazy2: Can anyone relate???

I couldn't agree more. I loved the age of 2  As soon as my DD turned 3 is when I should have taken stock out on Loreal hair color, because I had to start covering up all the gray hairs she was giving me. :teeth:

:lmao:

I knew exactly what age you were talking about as soon as I saw the title....does that answer your question? ;)

I did too! At two they are still cute and make you laugh when they sass you. At three...its not so funny any more. :confused3

AAhhhhh, don't say that. DD6 was a "normal" 2 year old and was an angel at 3. Now DS almost 3 is starting to give me the grey hairs. So you are telling me it is going to get worse before it gets better? He already tries to send me to the naughty spot when I take him there.

OMG!!! Did you read my mind?! We were JUST talking today how the 3's are WAAYYYY worse than the 2's. :lmao:

No thanks, frog. At least at 3 she isn't swearing at me yet :rotfl:

Sigh, ds was an early "terrible two" sprouter. He has been very naughty and all since he was 20 months old. My grandma calls my son the scream. He screams at the top of his lungs and throws himself down whenever he hears the word no. I've got trouble I tell ya.

Well, let me start by saying I'm not a mom. But I have 13 nieces & nephews & 2 of them live here in NY & I take care of them alot. While I know that's not like being mom or dad, it does give me some insight into this question. And like a previous poster mentioned, I knew what the rest of your title was going to be!

In fact, right now, one of those two nieces in 3! She even rolls her eyes at me. She's a wonderful, sweet, loving little girl 99.999% of the time, but the rest of the time--watch out! Her big sister was worse. She was a fussy eater, didn't want to use the potty, and was stubborn as can be.

I can only imagine what my poor sister goes thru! Moms & dads of 3 yr olds are special people! :grouphug:

2 times in one day :teleport: :lmao:

I teach toilet learning classes to child care providers and I reeeeeaaalllly push training while the kids are still two, because I use the exact same phrase!!! That terrible two concept was created by a mother who didn't know what was coming!!

DS will be 3 in July. The attitude he shows already blows me away! Where do they get this stuff???

Try dealing with 30 3year olds all day  I have the patience of a saint :teeth:

I did it for 3 years. But my DS is a real piece of work. No amount of children could prepare me for the stuff my own DS pulls with me. :rotfl: And to think when he is in school fulltime like my DD I want to go back to it. Call me crazy.

I'm a mom of a 3yo DS and boy can I relate!!!
He is my baby but sometimes I run scared!!! Where does his craziness come from???!!!

2 wasn't too bad, but 3 was whoa mama! I was looking for the brake pedal and wanting to throw it into reverse? I think it gets nasty again in the teen years and it just stinks until they get to be adults. My poor parents! I didn't realize what a pain I was until I had a child of my own. I'm not looking forward to the teen years. I'm going to hold onto the nasty kid stuff while I still can. :teeth:
