Whoa! Screaming fight at work...

Two co-workers (one is a good friend) just had a SCREAMING fight, it's been building for weeks over PERSONAL stuff that they let seep into their WORK life...boss isn't here, so another woman took them into a room and tried to mediate and told them to knock this off from 9-5. I'm speechless.

It's been going on so long and not really sure how it even started except one person here is OVERLY sensitive...if she comes to chat and you tell her you are busy she WON'T TALK TO YOU for days...very unprofessional. It started that way and just went nuts after that.

We had a nurse punch a unit secretary in the face on my unit once! The nurse was sleeping with the unit secretary's best friend's boyfriend. It was the nurse's first day on our unit. She said something to rub it in the secretary's face that she was sleeping with the guy. The unit secretary called her a skank, and the nurse punched her in the face! The secretary pulled out the nurse's weave! Luckily, we had a big guy around to break them up! The nurse got fired, and I *think* she was reprimanded by the state board. We never saw her again so I'm not really sure.

A long time ago, 2 of our mail room guys went at it. One ended up in the hospital, the other one got fired.
