Whoa--new website is different!

Has anyone else been on this morning? Were you able to retrieve all your reservations? I tweaked our spring break ADRs last night and went in this morning and everything is completely different.

I had to re-find our reservations, which is not unusual. What was unusual though, was that I had to reconnect each person with the resort reservation. Then, after I found one dining reservation, the website didn't retrieve any of the others--yikes! I'm going to sit tight and see if they don't show up later today or tomorrow before I add each one back manually.

Could be interesting for those traveling soon. . . :santa:
 
I've been having problems with the APholders pages as well. I've had to enter my ticket number everytime I log in. Very frustrating.
 
We're traveling for Jan 4th arrival .. It's 'lost' all my dining reservations.. which I have saved the confirmation #'s on thankfully.

I can't get them to retrieve. But I called and they still exist ... so "whatever Mr. Website" LOL
 
Mine are still there (arriving Jan 1 at Dolphin, then AKL Jan 2-5) It even shows both rooms I booked. Yesterday, when I looked at available dining options it would show my existing reservations in the mix, reminding me if I already had a reservation there. Today, didn't see that. :confused:
 

My biggest beef with the new website is that it gives me so many error messages. I can't get in to most of the pages - I just get error messages. I backed out of the new website into the old one on my PC by clearing out my cookies, but today on my iPod the new website came up instead of the old one without me selecting for it to. So now I can't access the website on the iPod at all - just lots of error messages. It's very frustrating and I hope they get the bugs worked out before I get there next month and am relying the iPod instead of the laptop for my internet access.

Ironically, the first day I tried the new website, all my reservations showed up just fine, and I thought the site was great. So I don't understand why I could access everything the first day, but not after that.

I haven't had a problem until today. I have been able to pull my resort reservations & dining reservations.

Hopefully it will be fixed soon !

Same thing here. I can't get my resort reservation to come up at all. :confused3

I can't even get to the new website! ;) Mine is still showing the old one and there isn't a link to go to the new one!
 
My resort reservation disappeared and I had quite an eventful check-in last week!

I knew before I checked in that something was up- had called the day before and the CM said she could "see" it though I couldn't... unfortunately, the CMs at the YC couldn't check me in. The reservation was there, but somehow inaccessible. It took the manager 45 minutes to get us into a room, and he had to duplicate the reservation- including transferring over 8 gift cards I had put on the account.

Interestingly enough, we had been upgraded to a water view room, but the CM told me that the night before. It was almost as if Disney was apologizing in advance for a nightmarish check-in!

So if your reservation has gone missing, just be prepared for a wait at the resort.

Yep! Same issues here. I can't get get anything to pull up. I have to manually put in my resort reservations and all my dining reservations. Only problem is I don't have the confirmation numbers. I called Disney and they are still there. I just keep hoping they will pop up soon.

This is weird but mine is showing up fine. I even logged out and back in and still am on the new site on my desktop. Now the iPad is still on the old site but that's nothing new.

Yep, me too. TA booked mine last week right about the time the site was switching over. My reservation won't work on either site but a phone call to WDW assures me that it's there. I have the reservation # and receipt from my TA and charges to my CC. If it's not up by the time we go next month, I'll definitely take print copies!

No kidding.....did anyone test this? I finally got the new site on our home computer.....I don't like it. (weird though, I can't access the new site on my work computer)

It didn't "recognize" our reservations. My Dh said, "funny, they sure 'recognized' our visa card when we made down payments!". After deleting cookies and history, I finally got back to the original site. and thankfully all our reservations and ADR's are there.
 
I hate it!! It feels like they are trying to be super fancy or something.... I couldn't pull up any ADRs or anything today, even with the conformation number and my phone number... Freaked me out because I lots of them, many confirmed with my credit card... Had to call and spent 45 minutes with a very non magical cast member to make my changes.... Ugghhhhhh
 
I had difficulties with accessing my reservations on the new website. I cleared my cookies and now I'm back to the old one. I think it's kind of hit or miss as to who is accessing the new website right now. But why on earth would they do their Beta testing on their customers?!?

For a long time, there have been issues with the website. For instance, why can't we do what many other companies do, like change hotel reservations online. Even still, it's better than dealing with Universal's website. Although lately when I call Universal, their customer service is exponentially better than Disney's.
