I had a fellow DIS'er and her DD 4 stop by my house this afternoon, it was nice talking about all things Disney with someone that understands our obsession!!!

Yes, Bobbi (mbw12) and her family live within walking distance from my house. I didn't know this until a few weeks ago when we (Bobbi and I) met on the DVC Forum Board. What makes it is funnier is that her DH and I work for the same employer, he is a police officer and I work for the water department for the township that we live in. Talk about your Small World!!! I had dropped off a DCL video that I had the other day at their house and Bobbi and her DD 4 stopped by yesterday to bring it back. They are planning their first Disney Wonder cruise for May 2005, and since I got my new 2004 DCL PassPorter in the mail on Friday, I gave Bobbi my old one to take home and read.

Bobbi shared a funny story with us yesterday. Since they are DVC members like we are, one day when their DVC magazine arrived, ours was stuck to it. Her DH was going to drop it off at our house but he had his police uniform on, and he was afraid if he came knocking at our door with his uniform on, we would think some terrible happened to someone. Bobbi said he rode around with the magazine a few days before dropping it back off in a mailbox. This was like two years ago. So, when I dropped the video off the other day, and her DH saw my address sticker I had placed on the front cover, I guess he thought too himself, here we go again!!!

So, if you see any questions from Bobbi (mbw12) here on the cruise board, take good care of her, they are so excited about taking their cruise next year.

Wow that is a small world,walking distance. When we went on the Western Inaugural the family before us who was announced, said LI NY. Comes to be they live in the same town as us and they wound up winning the Disney cruise in who wants to be a mouseketeer. My neighbor's son and her son play soccer together.

It was so great to meet him on Saturday when I returned the tape he had lent me. I got to meet him, and his wife and daughter. What a nice family....all of them. Unfortunately, I was with my cranky DD, who was having no part of staying for "chit chat." She was on a mission to get home after a long day of dance class and a friend's party. Needless to say, I am sure she left quite an impression!!!!!!! Kids....gotta love 'em!!

No problem with your DD at all Bobbi, I get that way sometimes myself!!! LOL!!! I'm trying to get settled down for the night, but just can't seem to relax tonight, gee, I wonder why???

The people I would choose are not on this list. I would choose my family.....mom, dad, sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, and grandparents. I can't think of anyone better to cruise with.

I think that would be so cool to have them all together!! Of course it would never happen in my family. But it's a nice thought.

I'll have a great time with (just) my DH and kids this fall!!
