Who worked out Wednesday, 3/17?

:wave: I went to the gym today and worked out for about 50 minutes. I tried the stair climber (not the stepper, but the climber) and I lasted all of 5 minutes at a level 6, so I did my elliptical for 3 miles and then I hit the treadmill. It feels like almost 70 degrees today so I am feeling great!

I know there are a ton of WISHers out there who exercised today (or will later in the day) so post away and have a terrific St. Patrick's Day!
 
I did the FIRM Maximum Body Shaping today!
 
I tried my new FIRM cardio sculpt blast video this morning and made it through the entire routine without falling off my fanny lifter too many times! It's a great work and I can't wait until I master all the moves.

Who's next?
 
I did an upper body weight workout with light cardio mixed in today....I had to squeeze in a trip to the gym today....nasty weather made for a delayed opening for school - and the elementary's have an early release for conferences! Honestly, they are at school for LESS than 3 hours and that includes LUNCH! Makes for a short day alone for me!!!

I really envy all of you who have the self discipline to workout at home! I find every excuse in the book NOT to when I'm trying to do a video!
 

I did 1 mile with WATP, went outside and walked 2 miles, and worked my triceps with weights.:teeth:
 
this morning I did 40 mins pilates and 20 mins of yoga

it was a nice change of pace :)
 
looks like i wont make 10,000 steps today
snow on the roads kept me from walking outside
I only have about 7000 on my pedometer as of 6pm
 
I didn't make it to the gym today but did walk around Animal Kingdom for about 6 hours. I sure feel like it was a workout.
 
I did 30 minutes on the treadmill this morning. I'm going to put back on my pedometer tomorrow, I haven't had it on since before we went on vacation.
 
I did another 2 mile WATP video.

How long have all of you been exercising?? I've been exercising for 7-1/2 weeks now and, I thought I'd have more stamina by now, like you all seem to have. :confused:
 
Hi everyone,
Today wasn't feeling too well- TOM is approaching and for supper I ate a huge roast beef dinner with a baked potato and corn, all with gravy. Bad, I know. I haven't pigged out like that in a while, and I am paying for it. I tried to digest for a couple hours, and then did two miles on the treadmill using the incline for 50 minutes. My stomach was killing me, but 3/4 of the way through I started to feel much better, so after I did my weight routine and some pilates moves. It just doesn't pay to pig out anymore! I guess my body is used to different food choices in smaller portions. I have learned my lesson and won't do this again - at least not for another month or so!

I did my Cardio Sculpt tape(10 minutes) and 1 mile WATP tape with weights this afternoon. I may actually get the hang of these Firm tapes.

I will be earning my 8 month exercise clippie this coming weekend! Can't remember when the stamina kicked in, but I do remember it took some time. Hang in there Kim, if you keep at it, it will come. :)
 
I did 25 min on the bike, 19 min on the treadmill, then 1 hr of machines/weights/crunches w/ a trainer.


Ginger - I wish I could do your workout!! I would love to be at the World right now!!

I did the 2 mile WATP and 150 crunches along with shoveling :rolleyes: .
