who watches lost and/or house ??

my dozy friend taped these for me whilst i was away and has somehow messed up the episode of lost .... its the one where sayeed and another guy have a huge fight over something ??
can anyone help me out with what happened it was the episode broadcast on wed 21st september

also that week she managed to cut off the end of house ! this was the episode with the overwright girl who had a heart attack after taking the diet pills?? can anyone tell me what happened after she got the skin lesions from the warfarin
