Hi, We have used Gib McCain 3 times for initial purchase plus 2 addons. He was fune...answered our questions and returned telephone calls promptly. Sandie

We had Bernard and he was great. We bought over the phone and sight unseen. But it took several questions and multiple phone calls. He was very patient. We were in Orlando in Dec (but didn't stay at DVC b/c we bought SSR). We showed up at the sales office to see the models. The staff got him for us and he gave us the tour. It was nice to have a face with the name.

We also have Randy Kruger as our guide. He was extremely low pressure at our initial meeting and has been great ever since. I highly recommend him.

Julie Hughes is our guide as well. We did an original BCV contract for 150, then two add-ons with her as well. She put up with a lot of questions from us and really tried to help us feel comfortable with the process.

Our guide is Roland Lammers. I have never seen his name mentioned anywhere. He was fine while we were going through all the paperwork.. he wasn't exactly laid back during our tour, but I didn't think he went overboard with the pressure either.

The one thing that does kind of bother me.. we have NEVER heard from him again.

Linda Streetman was our guide, but she wasn't there the day we popped in and then ended up actually closing. I did an add-on with her over the phone and I am not kidding you when I say I called her 6 times the morning I wanted to add on and she either answered the phone or called back immediately.

This past trip I called to ask her how to change my name (I got married) on my contract and her vm said she would be out for a few days but would be back and would answer all calls asap. I left her a msge telling her the purpose of my call and that there was NO RUSH to call me at all, I knew she had contracts to sell, but she called me the morning she returned.

If you want great customer service with a sweet Southern Accent call Linda.

Our guide is Lisa DeRosa. We bought sight unseen for BCV.
We toured the models for SSR, really liked them, and I called her when we returned from our trip. Everything for both purchases was done over the phone and through the mail.

We couldn't be happier with her. She is professional, friendly, knowledgable.

I'm so glad that some of y'all have been pleased with Megan Moriarity. She's tops. Patient to a fault; just an absolutely charming person. I can't recommend her too highly.

We bought two contracts from our first guide, but had some bad feelings because we felt he misled us on our initial contract purchase. So when we wanted to purchase a third contraact, we asked for a different guide and got Lisa DeLosa. Lisa was very helpful and friendly and we would highly recommend her. She helped get us a good deal on the third contract.

Michelle MacAlister is ours, and she's very personable. We first worked with her in '96, she called a few times to see if we decided, and finally we said "no" and that was that. In '03, we thought about DVC again, and were surprised that we were "sent back" to her. She answered all of our questions, and we did buy and have bought an add-on with her. She's been around long enough to have weekday-only hours, but she's tops about returning calls when she gets in. We haven't met her in person, we hoped to over Halloween weekend, but she was ill, and Carlos met us and gave us the tour. He was enthusiastic and nice, didn't rush us as we went through the models, even though he knew we weren't buying.

She's done our intial purchase and ...er...umm....let's see.....four add-ons. Always very helpful, cheerful and returns calls promptly.

For our last add on last year we had Robin Daniels. She is great! The salesperson that we had for our original purchase is no longer there and we were given Gib, but when we called last yr we were told that he wasn't there anymore and were given Robin, who I love, and when I just called recently, Gib was back, but I went back to Robin 866-287-6484. She was so helpful and really was instrumental in getting us the great deal that we got for our HH add on last yr.....

We use Betty Prikryl also. Bought sight unseen and she was very patient with us. No pressure at all. When my dd and I were in WDW in Dec we made an appt to view the BWV rooms so we could see exactly what we had gotten into. Evidently DVC tracks that stuff and Betty called our home to say how sorry she was to miss us. Maybe we'll be adding on some points with her soon.
