Like many others haunting these boards, I am eagerly awaiting AP codes. Let's take a little poll, shall we? When do you think AP rates will be released?

Dh just told me that if codes come out, I could check out our options. We are currently booked with AAA rate on package. If codes are good enough, maybe we could try AKL or WL instead of POFQ. I'd be willing to give up the package if room only codes are good enough! :sunny:

My choice is not up there. I posted a few weeks back that I thought they would be Monday, Feb 28th OR Monday March 7th.

Obviously, I am holding out for Monday, March 7th!

I dont think they are coming in time for my April 23 check in. :badpc:

I'm in the same boat as you. If they don't come out by Monday, it will be too late to apply to my April 22 check-in.

BUT OH WELL------ WE'RE STILL GOING TO DISNEY

i don't know where the tuesday thing came from, but I've received the last 4 AP holder emails and there was NO pattern whatsoever.

The last one came on a Monday and code where officially announced on a Tuesday. BUT, the 2 emails before that came out on Wednesdays and were officially released on Thursday, BUT before those 2, the one in August (for Sept) came out on a Thusday and the codes were officially released on a Friday. Don't see any pattern there. I saved all of my emails for times like this was folks are looking for a pattern.

I read a couple of threads where CMs where telling folks to watch the Sunday paper, would that then be a clue that they might be released on Saturday???

:confused3 I'm a little slow this morning...why won't we be able to apply the AP code if it isn't out by Monday? Sorry...haven't had my coffee yet so I'm in a fog. Thanks!

Yeah, even if they came out the following week, that would still be like 6 weeks ahead of your 4/22 stay. Why wouldn't you be able to use a code 6 weeks out?

If you have a package you can not change once it hits the 45 day before mark.
You can change your ressie if u have a room only reservation up to 5 days before(actually my res. confirmation says 6 days before arrival).

Thanks! We have a room only for one night. So we're still okay.

Forgot about the packages. :)

Than wouldn't it be much smarter to make a room-only reservation and then convert it to a package a week before?

Um, yes, that is why i have a room only reservation.

The only plus I saw to the packages is being able to add the dining plan which u can not with a room only. Since we will be visiting other places like Sea World the dining plan would not have worked anyway, though, since the website said it had to be for length of stay. So dining plan, and no package for us. I like the flexibility to change my res. if needed.
