Who to use to rent Windsor Hills?

What company/website would you suggest to rent a Windsor Hills unit from or would I be better @ Seven Dwarfs Lane? Thanks

I wouldn't rent through a company, all they are doing is raising the rates to cover their commissions. Rent directly through an owner using VRBO, Homeaway, or www.windsorhillsrent.com. You can search within Windsor Hills on both VRBO and Homeaway and sort by # of bedrooms, etc. It's very easy to figure out once you get started.

I agree. Go through the owner! Big difference in price! Just when you pick a place ask for the total price with tax, pool heat (if needed). Ask if the key to the house has to be picked up at another location other than the house. Also, there is a way to check to see if they are the actual owners and if everything is in good standing. Once you decide on a place just ask that question on these boards. I forgot what I was told, so just ask and I am sure someone here can tell you.

We are renting from www.Storytimeorlandorental.com and have been impressed with the communication with the owners and with the reviews I've seen here. Their prices seemed really good too!
