who to use for wedding dress steaming?

Can anyone suggest someone to steam our dresses, we are staying in the orlando area and renewing our vows at The Swan and Dolphin Hotel ?

Hi Jo
I used Lori from 'Loftis Productions'. Highly recommended. She was punctual, professional and the couldn't do enough for me. She steamed my gown and phoned housekeeping after she was done, to have them bring some large sheets up to the room. She then expertly covered the dress with the sheets, so as it could hang undisturbed, without anybody seeing it, until I put it on. She steamed the little veil on my Minnie bridal ears too, even though I was not wearing them on the day itself!!!

this may not work for everyone, but it worked well with my dress (mostly tulle). we just hung my dress in the bathroom and let the steam from the shower work on it.

We also used Lori Loftis. After having my dress shoved in the overhead compartment on the plane and transferring it from Pop Century, my dress came out great!!

I used Carolyn Allen. They also have a service where, if you use them for steaming, you can ship the dress straight to them and they'll bring it to your room and steam it there. They also picked it up when they picked up the tuxes we rented from them and shipped it back to my house, although I think I read that they may now charge you to clean the dress if you want that service.

I also used Carolyn Allen. They were awesome to work with. We also rented DH's and DBIL's tuxes from them and they steamed my MOH's dress too.
I highly recommend them!

We used Carolyn Allen's as well. I shipped my dress to them, they brought it to my hotel room and steamed it and then picked it up the next day and shipped it back to me. We also got all of the tuxes from them. Very professional and excellent service!

Aww I hope you might consider Lori too, Jo!! She is wonderful and is cheaper too (at least she was when she steamed my dress!!).
