Who to report this to?

While I don't agree with "making a scene", we have had to ask for a manager in MK. The CM clearly did not understand the limitations and keep insisting we needed to go in a different way. I tried to explain, he refused to listen, I asked him to call his manager. He was stunned, but called. While we were waiting for his manager, he quickly changed gears telling us that he would "allow" us to ride "this time". When his manager arrived I explained what had happened. The manager agreed that we were in the correct place and took the CM back stage to be "retrained".

To clarify, we were not trying to cut the line, but rather just needed a "safer" place to wait.

Gac is not used at the waterparks or DQ.
I agree with this. We do not issue GACs at the water parks. There are no "accessible entrances" to any of the slides (except Crush 'N Gusher which does have an elevator). There is no way to avoid stairs to any slides and there is no place to wait out of the sun. And if a slide is dsigned for single people to use, there is no safe way to have two people go down together.

Unfortunately this is because of the way water parks are supposed to work.

I think when I get home I will also email wdw to let them know about some of the less than magical staff we encountered this trip. I don't expect everyone to lavish us with pixie dust, but I have never had wdw staff be rude until this trip. I have also never had any problems to report until this trip. But we enjoyed our trip and the majority of the staff was wonderful.
