Who to email about great meal/recipe request?

If I want to email accolades/recipe request to a restaurant at WDW, do I use the generic email address?

We had some really good meals at WDW last week. One, in particular, stands out, and I would really like to send our appreciation…and possibly request the recipe. I wasn’t sure if there was a separate restaurants email, or if I should be sending it to the generic wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com

I did let the waitstaff know how much we enjoyed ourselves/our meal, but I want to make sure that the higher ups know, too..

One more question – what about Splitzville? I want to commend them on some things – thru Disney or thru their corporate site?

I've always send guest compliments and recipe requests through the email you have listed above. It might take a bit, but they do general respond, even if it is just to say they did not have the recipe available.
