Hey - today I found an old hopper pass that I had in my travel folder. I am guessing I must have kept it because it has a day left on it, or some plus options still left on it. I know that there is a way to check....who do I contact to find out this information?

Thanks - Jo

The status and days left on old tickets can ONLY be verified at Disney Guest services locations when you are physically in Florida.

Disney will NOT [. generally speaking .] give this information out on the phone. This is apparently to discourage the used ticket marketplace on E-Bay and the like.

Two years ago I took my adult daughter(and her two kids.) I still had a pass bought in 1990 for her when she was a child with two days left on it. I took it up to one of the ticket counters and they switched it to an adult pass, no questions asked and no extra money. I was expecting to pay the difference.
So that was a nice surprise.

Glad you posted about changing the kids pass. We've just found some old tickets and one was my son's from back in 1992/1993 when he was 6 or 7. He's now going again in August at 21 and is going to use this ticket - it's only got one day on it but it's something. Back in the early 1990's the tickets were different and had numbers up the sides and they clipped the numbers off so you can tell just by looking how many days the pass has left.
