Who to contact ....issues at OKW

Last Dec. we checked into OKW n the evening .It was an Indian summer kind of night.Still 80 degrees and the AC blew hot air. I called maintenance waited an hour no call back no maintenance. So I did go to the front desk,they moved us into another villa for the night and the next day moved back into our cool comfortable villa.On top of that when e left I found a 100.00 credit for our troubles.
So I agree go to the front desk and deal with it person to person.
