We stayed at the All Star Music and it was great! Rooms great, activities, clean!

However one early morning 4am, my youngest daughter threw up all over the linens. I called to the front desk and she stated she would be in the request and someone would be right up with the linens. (mind you just needed them...did not need them to put it on the bed)

30 min. go by and no linens...call again and inquire about the linens. I was told the request was put in and it shouldn't be that long. 1 hour later....still nothing. I had fallen asleep by then in the other bed with both of my daughters. My poor husband had to make do. None of the linens were not salvagable (they all needed to be washed).

The next day I ask to speak to a manager and the lady at the front desk (who I am assuming is not a manager) asked how she can help. I explain this, tell her my room number and ask her to have a manager call me....NOTHING!

I am sure the communcation got mixed up somewhere...I just want to let them know.

Who do I contact?

Whenver I have had either a complaint or a compliment I went to the disneyworld.com site. Somewhere (don't remember where) there is an area where you can send an e-mail to the proper area at WDW.

After you submit your message you will get an automated reply saying they received it. A couple of weeks or so later you will get a specific response to your e-mail.

On two occasions I also received phone calls from the WDW Executive Offices about our situations.

Thanks! :goodvibes

I went to the "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page; however that is for general questions about the resorts, parks, etc.

Anyone!

Sorry about what happened to your daughter. My wife and I were in the same situation during our xmas stay at the BCV's and it was around 2:30 am and after rolling everything up in a ball and putting it near the door I went to the front desk and they said they would notify housekeeping (now I don't know why I didn't do that from the room :confused3 ) but within 5 mins housekeeping arrived with clean linens and I gave her the rolled up mess.I felt bad for her so I tipped her $20.....P.S. my wife said $20 wouldn't have been enough for her to carry it out :lmao: So next time remember like I will just dial housekeeping from the room. :)

Can anyone help with the contact info, please! :goodvibes

Try this found it on Deb's Allears:

Walt Disney World Guest Relations
P.O. Box 10000
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830

This is the universal address! For example, if you want to write to the General Manager of All Star Music, or any other resort, address the envelope to the person and use the P.O. Box 10000 address.
Walt Disney World Guest Communications
PO Box 10040
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-0040

1) Sometimes a Front Desk person will/can run for those linens.
2) In most cases, there is a 3rd Shift housekeeping person available.
3) However, they typically handle 2-5 resorts.
4) So, it is a matter of how busy they are.
5) You cannot imagine how many calls come in during the night.
6) Most of which could have been made prior to 11:00pm, with lots of folks on duty.
