who to call to cancel room res

I have 2 rooms booked a PBH for June, our friends are not going to be able to go. Do I call the res # or the hotel to cancel the room and can I have the one night deposit put on to our room?

Call the res number and explain your situation. I'm not sure if they can do that but I know I'd prefer that to waiting for them to refund a deposit. Good luck!
