Who to call first: DVC or DCL?

I posted on another thread about the run around I’m getting concerning a cruise we booked with points, and ABD we booked with points.

The issue is DVC does not show one of the 3 ressies we made, DCL does. I’ve spent hours on the phone like everyone else trying to get this figured out, and I still need to follow up. We’re just concerned we’ll show up and there won‘t be a stateroom. I know that’s unlikely, but everything is such a mess with ressies I want to get this fixed before we fly down.

Which brings me to my question: who do I call first to deal with this, knowing it’s a 3 hour hold each time? DCL will rightly say it’s a DVC issue. I don’t know what DVC will say, or if it matters? If our ressie doesnt show in their system, does it make a difference with DCL?
 
I think I'd call MS and ask to speak with a cruise specialist. Take names & notes! :) Good luck!
 
Took me a total of 7 hours to fix my issue. 5 of it was holding for DCL to find out that since I’m booked on the DVC members cruise, I needed to have DVC member services (cruise specialist) assist. Even though I didn’t use points and paid cash for it. A few days earlier, I had also did a contact us on the DCL website (since the hold time estimates were long) asking for assistance with my DVC members cruise, only for them to reply 3 days later that I needed to contact DVC member services.

What did you need assistance with on the reservations? I would begin there and contact the “department” that you booked the reservation with and need to fix.

Yes, they do, and we’ve checked the app. All 3 are listed on both, not on DVC. Aside from the concern that DVC doesn’t show the ressie, we can’t do anything thru DCL with the missing ressie, bcs they said they can‘t see it. We have to call DVC to deal with the ressie bcs we booked with points, and they call DCL and deal with them while we wait on a DVC hold, but DVC can‘t do that bcs they don’t “see” the ressie. It’s crazy.

In other words, they don’t see a ressie to pull up. I’m very worried we’ve slipped thru some cracks.

I need to arrange port transport for us, and I can only do it for 2 staterooms bcs that’s all DVC sees.
 
If you’re only looking into transport to the port, it may be “easier & less hassle” to book a private transport on your own vs thru DVC or DCL. Could be cheaper too!

All points based exchanges should be dealt with via DVC. So sorry you are dealing with it
 
If you can see it on DCL, I THINK you are OK.

I travel with someone who often uses points, and no matter what issues DVC seems to have with the reservation, we have always had a cruise! I use cash/friend uses points. DVC won’t even talk to me about the cruise!!
