So we went through a miserable experience in NYC with the blackout and all. I had to trek across Manhattan, over a gigunda bridge, then through Queens to get home.

My tootsies are toast, I sweat through my follicles' follicles, my freezer food was flubbed, the hot air was... hot, and I had my Official Wand of the Tag Fairy to light the night.

I tinkled it about, clapped my hands, did the Mexican Clap Dance of the Tag Fairy and violah... ! The electricity came on. My air conditioner was purring like a kitten. Power swept through my arm to light the city lights to their previous glory. And....

I woke up. And I was hot and sticky and clutching and waving an old Bic pen that didn't even write anymore. Oh bother.

Yes he is great now. Thanks for asking. He can go swimming and he only has one more week left for contact type sports. Just in time for his fall baseball league so he is very happy he can play.

Hot and sticky...now ya see down south that's the entire summer! No matter whether you're air works or not. It's unavoidable.

Oh and by the way...I've done my research and found out that your wand Rick has a tendency to jam in the humidity...careful where you wave that thing!

Ok now back to staring out my window and waiting for Monday to end.

I'ts a brand new musical called Smokey Moutain Mist. The group that wrote it have a number of great shows under their belts, two of which I've done, so I'm excited about doing this one as well.

The callback went well, but I won't know anything probably until the weekend. But this one could prove to be the best one yet!

Anywho for those interrested the callback went ok. I'm still waiting to see if I get cast but I think my chances are good seeing as only two of us read for the same part.
