Hey there, I'm not sure if this is the person you are looking for, but you can try Cindy Garber, she is the "Managing Sales & Services Director". I don't have her phone number, but her name is on my contract with that title, so maybe just give DFTW a call and ask for her, or a way to contact her? HTH!

Thank you!! Tomorrow I will call the wedding department and just ask for her and see if that gets me anywhere. I never even thought to check my contract.

No problem, glad I could help! I wouldn't have thought to check it either, but I just remembered her name being there when I read the contract about 4 times.
