Who stuck to the food&bev min & what was your menu?

I'm getting married on a Saturday night so our food and beverage minimum is $125 and I'm trying to stay as close to that as possible. Right now, we are at $134 which is close but I really want it down (trying to cut down the budget ASAP).

Any ideas? And can you share what you had for your food?

I haven't really even begun planning for real yet, but maybe post your menu and we can give you ideas of what to cut.

I'm getting married on a Saturday afternoon and trying to stay as close to the $100 minimum as well. I just got a menu back that was a little bit over that, so I'm in touch with my wedding planner right now to try to see how we could cut it back... I will keep you guys posted!
