Who stayed at a moderate last week of February with an AP rate????

I am now contemplating a february trip. We will more than likely stay at POR (love that place!). What will it approximately be do you think for the last week of Feb/1st week of march with an AP?
We are a family of 5 so we are limited.....
needs to be affordable too.....
