Who Signed

The 1994 Disneyana mug and plate I just bought on E-bay? The seller did not even know they were signed. The signature looks like the initial M and a name starting with S. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could be Mark Seppala. He's one of the Disney Design Artists. He's been working for Disney for over 10 years.

I didn't go to that convention so I'm really not sure.
