I got 2 different answers as to when my pass expires. 1 from GS on the phone, the other from the Online Ticket center in an email. How can I tell which info is correct? :cool1:

Maybe you could describe your pass here and we'll try to help.

if the pass has an expiration date, it would be listed on the back of the ticket.

but, sometimes they can be coded for an expiration. not usual but it is possible.

That is what I thought too. I know passes for other theme parks have the expiration date stamped on the back. But this one doesn't. Which is why I contacted Universal in the first place.

I guess it is better to just go with the earliest expiration date given to me and be done with it. I would hate to get all the way to the gate and be told, "your pass is expired".

Thanks for trying to help Mcraven :)

i have a pass from 2003. It is a single day pass for one.

it was given to me by the hotel i was staying at during that time. (hrh)

no expiration date is on it.

I had it checked at guest services before and i was told it is a valid ticket and can be used.

no expiration date is listed on it.
the only thing that is stated on it is: complimentary day ticket.

you are very welcome.

all you need to do is go to guest services and ask them to verify if that ticket is valid. (there is a guest service window outside of the park)

they will check it and let you know.

be sure to ask them if there is an expiration date on it.

this way you will know before you get to the turnstile.

then you can make a decision if you want to hang on to that ticket for a further time period to use, or use it that day.

your check is in the mail.....
tanks...

i am assuming when you say pass, you are talking about a day ticket or a multi day ticket. since you stated the online ticket center sent you an email, i was figuring you are talking about tickets and not annual passes.

if it is an annual pass, contact them directly.
if it is a ticket, do as i posted above.
