Who Should Be The Next 'Bond Girl'?

Definitely a new face, someone that isn't a big time star yet.

I agree. To me, if an "established" star (like Angelina Jolie) takes the part then it is kind of "come down". It surprises me that any respected actress would want to take an "eye candy" role, since they all complain about meaty roles for women.

So, I think the "Bond Girl" should be someone new and up coming...although I can't think of anyone particularly appropriate.

I'd like to see Aishwarya Rai. She is so stunningly beautiful and this would be a good 'introduction' of her to the Western world.

I think Angelina Jolie will be well suited as the villian in a Bond movie.

I prefer a new face as well.

Seems to me the whole point of Bond films is... well... BOND! So the Bond "girl"'s main qualifications are her body and the actress' willingness to be just a body. I don't see, and don't want to see, Angelina Jolie in that role. I'd see her, first, as the first female Bond, herself. Either that, or as perhaps Agent 006.

There was already an agent 006, played very well by Mr. Sean Bean in Goldeneye (or was it Goldfinger?)

I could also see Angelina Jolie as a villan. I think Jessica Alba would be a decent Bond girl...she seems like a Bond-girl type to me.
