who says Disney doesn't do anything

last month .....I ordered two MVMCP tickets for hubby and myself.....they came in the mail and they were for two childrens tickets.....well I got on the phone and called their number and she said she would mail me an envelope to return those and she would then send me the adult ones.......they had already billed my visa for the two tickets.....she informed me that she would just put the remainder of the due amount on my visa when she issued the adult tickets......so I said....sure
Well today I called to see if the children tickets were received and status of our adult tickets and the nice gentleman said......we have also not charged you the extra amount for our mistake and the inconvenience to you.....the tickets should be here this week.......I was thrilled......I told him......thanks so much......you just made my day.......
