Does anyone have contact information for whoever runs Disney food and beverage restaurants? I would like my comments and concerns from my latest trip to reach the man in charge. Thanks!
You can also get on the WDW website and send them your comments. We have done this numerous times over the years, both complaints and compliments. You will first get an automated e-mail stating that they received yours. After a while (sometimes several weeks) you will get a detailed response. A couple of times we even received phone calls from the WDW Executive Offices so they could get more details from us and follow up.
When we were leaving MGM one afternoon, I was stopped by a CM & asked to come sit at a computer to answer a few questions about the food we had eaten there. We do counter service only. This took about 15 minutes. They also asked about prices, variety etc.
