Since we have 4 kids ranging from 2 - 14, we really use the kitchen. During our last week, we went out for a character breakfast, 1 dinner and several counter lunches. I just plan the menu before we leave and do as much prep work as possible in advance. Since we drive (approx 13 hrs) I just freeze as much as possible and keep the cooler closed. Honestly, its not much work and easier than waiting for a table with a hot & tired 2 & 6 yo. I don't do dishes or clean up -- that's for my 11 & 14 yo. It's the only way we can afford to bring our crew.
