Who owns a pair of Tevas??

I remember on these boards, Tevas seemed to be the #1 choice of WDW footwear. Are they as comfy as everyone says??? We will be on the Magic for 7 nights and then off to WDW in July. I get tired of wearing sneakers. We are in a more rural area-where can I find them?

I own three pairs (had four but after 5 years one pair gave up) and I love them for WDW!!! I swear by them!!!! I find them at almost all stores that carry either athletic shoes or a hiking store... not sure what you have around you but I'd check around some sporting goods stores as many use these for certain walking & sporting (like boating & fishing) activities. I have been taking my Tevas with me to WDW since 1995 and never had a blister yet with them!

I LOVE my Tevas!!! They feel just like sneakers, with the added benefit of being sandals. www.teva.com is a good place to buy them.

I own several pair of Teva... if you don't want to order online, ask your shoe store if they will order a pair for you..

I bought a pair for my 2000 WDW trip and they are still in excellent condition and I wear them constantly in the summer. Yes, they are super comfortable - like wearing nothing at all. I highly recommend them. They're a little pricey, but they really last.

I found the pair I like on the website thanks to jel0511!! Do the Teva sizes run about the same as most other shoes??

Karen, very much so the same size!!!! If you are a half size go up one size though. I run about a 7-7.5 depending on the shoe but I get all mine in 8... I have a little extra on my toe area but given the style it's all good!

I own several pair and my children both have a few pair.

Even the Teva "flip-flops" I have are comfortable. I wore them all day at WDW last year and my feet felt wonderful all day.

In addition to comfortable, they are INDESTRUCTABLE I absolutely don't mind paying more for for these for my boys who destroy cheaper imitations within a week.

We're Teva fans too! We bought our first pairs before our May 2001 Disney World trip. They were extremely comfortable and they are still in great shape!

I have never heard of these! I checked out a website and there are alot of different shoes. Sneakers, sandals and clogs. Which do all of you prefer?

I have Tevas, which I like. I like my Nike Straprunners better - I have 2 pairs of those. They just seem more comfortable and cushion my feet better. I ordered them from Nike.com
