Who makes the little mickey heads turned into characters? Files start with TTY

Who makes the little mickey head shaped characters? They are made little and each mickey head shape is decorated into a different character. For example, imagine a mickey head shape but turned into snow white....if that makes sense. The file name starts with TTY and I think there is another designer who has a few under a different name. I have several characters and realized I must not have downloaded a few. I have searched my computer and 4 shared files, photobuckets, threads for 2 hours looking for a few more of these little guys to print out! HELP! I want to go to bed tonight!! THANKS!!

Milliepie has a bunch in her 4shared and Photobucket accounts under Mickey heads. I think there are others in the thread, too, but I didn't re-read the whole thing.
