I'm another in the Aluminum camp - but you want a heavy guage. Sam's club supposedly has some great baking sheets. The last ones I got were at Walmart.
For ease of cleanup, use parchment paper. DollarTree usually has some - that's about the cheapest place I've found to get it. I use it for baking just about everything, except for a few situations where I line the pan with aluminum foil instead (roasted veggies, etc.)
