If they are scheduled to have extra magic hours that night that the park is open to regular guests till 11, then yes they are open till 2. However its not all areas and attractions. But most of them

I have been trying to figure out the hours on the late nights at Epcot and both worlds there!

I think it is confusing and never realy listed any where in the Disney information. All I can find is up to 3 hours later. Well what does that mean?
