Ours is Randy Cook. We bought BLT in Nov and both my DH and I think Randy was/is very nice and helpful. We have had a few questions since then and he has continually called us back within a day or two.

Ours is Tony too He helped us out when we had some issues with our sales guide and was AMAZING!!! He got us a new guide right away, and took care of us over and above anything I ever expected even from Disney customer service to make sure that everything worked out perfectly for us and that we were more than happy with our decision to buy DVC. It worked!!!!! When our new guide left DVC, I was SO excited when Tony called and said he was going to be our new guide. I can't say enough about him!!! Needless to say, I recommend him to anyone I talk to about DVC

I think they spread Ken's contacts around- he used to be my guide as well, but now have Anthony (Tony) Tatad, who is based in Disneyland.
