Who is this character?

Hi all,
My son met a bunch of charcters at MK a couple weeks ago and I am just completing my scrapbook. I have no idea who this character is. He looks like a monkey and is furry with orange like colour fur. He is also alittle short. He was with a big bear that was navy blue. I think the bear was Blue from Jungle Book so I am assuming this is a character from Jungle Book - not sure. Can someone help. I am not sure how to scan the photo into this message but I am sure there are some character experts out there.
They were located at MK not too far from the main entrance - near City Hall.

King Louie is the monkey, Balloo is the bear (both from Jungle Book and Tail Spin)

actually he's an orangutang not a monkey- he sings "I Wan'na Be Like You" which was covered by many bands afterwards

It's a great movie! Also has some of the best music from the Sherman Brothers in it
