L&M only guarantees to hold your reservation for an hour even if your flight is delayed. They have a history of changing the car classifications during busy periods and they've been known to hard sell the insurance.

I've used all of the choices but Avis. The only one I've had problems with is Alamo and as a result I'll never used them (or the sister company National).
