Who is "still" hoping for a discount???

I am actually hoping for a discount "again" UGH! Was booked at POR with an AP discount for the weekend of 10/22-10/24. All DH had to do was call back and confirm it with his CC. Not to happen!! He remembered after the deposit due date. I am now booked again at POR at rack rate. Was told no moderates at any discount rate available for that weekend but I should keep calling back. The CM said that was a very busy weekend.

We have friends staying at POR as well, so we will probably stay there regardless of a discount or not. But, since we are still 30 days out, what are my chances of getting another discount applied?? Anyone still having any luck?

Just wondering if anyone else was in the same boat.

Have you tried the McDonald's code for the general public. It is BAP and I used it for Oct16-23 at Pop. It also has been used for moderate hotels. Please give it a try ASAP. Let me know what happens!!!

Make sure the CM knows you are saying BAP....not BAT that has caused some confusion too.

I have been trying and trying since around 10:00 am the morning the codes came out to add 3 days to my ressies and today...I got my days, at a better view, yeah!!!!! keep trying, they don't call it disney magic for nothin!!

DON'T GIVE UP... I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR WEEKS AND THOUGHT IT WAS HOPELESS. I HAVE THREE ROOMS BOOKED AT POR AT 144.OO A NIGHT, WELL TODAY AT 9:06AM I CALLED AND GOT ALL THREE ROOMS AT THE DISCOUNTED RATE WITH THE BAT CODE. I CALLED AT 9AM BECAUSE A CM TOLD ME THAT WAS THE VERY BEST TIME TO CALL. CANCELATIONS COME THROUGH AT THAT TIME. UP UNTIL THAT POINT I HAD BEEN CALLING AT NIGHT. I LEAVE ON 10/6. what rate did you pay per night? i ask becuz CRO just told me that the BAT- BAS- BAP codes are all the same one is internet, one is Mcdonald's and one is CRO. I'm just curious because we are using BAT and paying 74.00 a night at PC for Oct 21-26. The CM I just spoke to told me unless I was an AP holder I couldn't get the room for cheaper. Thanks.

just booked my last two days at WL for 132 lodge view before tax. I too had been going crazy calling. Booked on Disney.com. I feel much more relieved now!

With BAP I got $55 a night. I previously was using BAT and was getting $74 a night. I guess the diff might have been in the dates each one was covering or # of rooms available. My dates are Oct16-23 at Pop. I know lots of people are getting diff. responses from diff. CMs. Keep calling back and trying. Make sure they know you're saying BAP and not BAT. Use the 800#

Yes anyone can use it. It comes from McDonalds. Part of their promo for Magical Gatherings.

No BAP or AP but I did get BAS this morning!! Thanks so much for all your encouragement. I am now paying $121.54 / nt for a king room at POR. I might try occasionally to check to apply AP rates, but I am pretty happy. Saved me $111.46.
