Who is ready for Joe Millionare?

I think this show will be hilarious! For those who haven't heard, it's a new reality show from Fox. The guy gets to pick over these 20 or so women who think he's worth 50 million dollars. But in all reality he makes $19,000 a year! The guy won't tell them till after he marries them or picks them, not sure which. I can't wait too see this. You just know that the girl he picks will keep saying she loves him and it's not about the money. Can't wait to see the look on her face when he tells her the truth! The show starts tomorrow night at 9 est.

I have to admit that I'm interested in seeing the girls' reaction when they find out he's not a millionaire. It always makes me wonder why anyone would be a contestant on one of these shows.

I've been thinking.... maybe he really IS rich, but he wants to find someone who loves him, not his money. So he'll tell the girls he's poor to see which ones leave. Then, when he picks one who just isn't after money, he can tell her that he's really rich.

Disnee Dad Says..................................What is the appeal of these reality shows that are anything but real? I watched the last hour of the first Survivor show and that was enough for me.
From what I read and am told, these shows are as real as wrestling!
BTW. I like the idea of the rich guy who is really poor, then turns out to be rich. If that happened I might watch the finale.

DH and I went to highschool with a girl who's on the show. Her name is Melissa and she's the one with the big head of dark curly black hair. We didn't really know her but we can't wait to see what she's like on the show!

This show is a marketer's DREAM! Not only will it appeal to the reality show fans but to the ones who HATE THEM!!

What a premise! I just hope that it lives up the hype. I'd just watch it for the guy, he is GORGEOUS!

There are lots of naysayers who think the trick is really going to be on the audience and not the girls.... we'll see!
