I think that is the name of it. They manage my parents time share and they told me that my family could use my parents points for Disney. Does anyone know?
It is probably Interval International (II) and it is the exchange company associated with DVC for it's trades thru the World Passport Collection.
Depending on the trade strength of the timeshare owned by your parents and the dates you would want to exchange, getting a DVC resort thru II is possible. There is a $95 exchange fee but exchangers can still use DME and even get the DDP.
I think II has really strict policies against renting any trade. If your parents own the inbound trade, you might be able to stay with them, but not instead of them.

As Tom said you could potentially exchange into DVC but it would depend on many factors including the system and home resort. II does not manage timeshares, only offer exchange opportunities.
