Who is willing to make the boards a better place to post. I am tired of reading negative comments if someone doesn't word something correctly, miss spelled words, their ?'s, or feelings. I enjoy being able to ask ?'s, people are very helpful, but I am tired of reading the negative comments. I know it is difficult to word your comments to make it not seem so negative or that you are just attacking the post, but lets try to respect other peoples feelings. I understand we all have our feelings on issues whether they are good or bad, but lets try to make the boards more enjoyable.

Totally agree with Robo! Some boards get Nasty! Personally I don't pay attention to people. If someone want's to criticize me because I spell something wrong, or write it wrong - I don't care. I don't have time to pay attention to them. If I did, I probably would have spelled whatever right they were complaining about lol!

The problem is those that tend to continuously be mean, judgmental or rude on these boards are not going to be the ones who realize it...or care to change..that my opinion

I have been on here for seven years. I can tell you that the jerks will come and go with no end. Just ignore them if they make you mad. In all, the DIS is one of the friendliest message boards on the Internet.

I usually do not lurk this particular board too much anymore since the Photography board opened, but do when I am getting ready to visit The World. (We are going next Monday!!!) I can definitely tell you that our photography board is much nicer than some of the other popular ones. Where else can Nikon, Canon, Pentax, et. fans come together and actually have a peaceful conversation about cameras?

I agree with Robo as well, as this is one of the friendliest boards I am on. I have run across a few people who had rude remarks, but I tend to ignore them. Public board = different opinions. And not everyone is going to get along.
