Who is going to get the DCA AP Upgrade or 2 park AP?

I'm am not. Disney has made it abundently clear they didn't want AP holders there in the first place and now that attendance is down they expect us to bail them out. I'm probably in the minority but I was wondering if there was anyone else out there that feels like I do.
