Who is going the first week of Dec 06?

We're going to MVMCP on the 5th...It's our first time at the world for the holidays and I didn't know if they'd sell out or not, so I went ahead and bought them - plus you get the advance purchase discount, so that helped sway my decision too! Yes, we'll definitely have to look for each other at the Poly!


You know, I've been driving myself crazy over booking the carriage ride...been dying to do that. Love the WL...we stayed there in February...looking forward to seeing it all decorated for the holidays!

I am worried about them selling out, but am also worried that it will be an extremely rainy or cold night or the kids being at meltdown stage and with my youngest only being 4 months when we go I am worried I might soend $100 for tickets and not use them, I wish you could just buy a ticket and use it any day there is a party,lol.
I read about the carriage rides and how beautiful WL is so I decided heck with it, sounded pretty neat and then we are going to have a late dinner at WCC so it should be a good evening!
I am not sure where exactly we are staying at the Poly, I knowit s a magic Kingdom view (thanks McDonalds!)which according to Tikimans sight narrows it down to 3 loghouses, tahiti,tuvalu or aetorotora(sp?)I hope we run into each other!! You wont miss us, we will have the 2 cute little girls who can scream like they are hooked up to a PA system

We're going to the MVMCP on the 5th too! Our first time for the party, can't wait! Maybe we'll see you all there! . By the way, my DH is worried the weather might be bad or one of our kids might be sick, he thinks it's a bad idea buying something we might miss out on, since you have to go that night. (too late, I already ordered them) Do they sell out?

We are leaving 12/3 and returning 12/6 - just a short last minute trip to see the world decorated for christmas. We will be stay at CBR (first time) and I can't wait. I was even able to get ADR's for breakfast at the castle - my dd (6) will be so thrilled- I haven't told her yet about breakfast with cindy.

My family will be at Disney from 12/3 to 12/8. We will be staying at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort. I, personally, will enjoy the decorations at Disney for Christmas.

We (my family of 4) will be at CSR Dec 2nd - Dec 9th, we also have MVMCP on the 5th. We are extra excited as this is out first trip to see the world all decorated for Christmas!!

*For everyone asking about MVMCP being SOLD OUT*

I can tell you from experience that when we went last year from Dec 3- Dec 9, none of the parties were sold out. The first day we got there (Sunday) we got tickets for the Tuesday night one and the crowds really weren't that bad. Most likely they will sell out on the dates nearer Christmas, but I wouldn't worry too much about it in the first week. Also, you can buy a ticket on the day of the party, it just costs a bit more. So for you guys going the first week and still debating, just wait til you get there and see, 98% sure you'll be able to get tix for one night of your vacation.

Myself, DM and DD will be at POP from 11/30 to 12/10. Doing MVMCP on Dec 5th also. This is our first time during the Christmas season. We can now officially say we are going "next month". Although this is a surprise trip for DD. So exciting.

My family is going down from the 3rd of Dec to the 13th and we'll be staying at AKL. We are going right after my little sister's wedding. So it is her honeymoon and our second honeymoon! I can't wait to get there!!!!

I live six hours away and to the north of DW but the weather has been getting chilly around here all ready so be sure to pack a couple of warm things.

We'll be at the Pop 12/2 - 12/14 and going to MVMCP on 12/8. I was hoping for a weekday for the party, but it was also important to have LTT before the party so we planned it for the 8th and hope the crowds aren't too bad for a Friday. This will be our first trip to Disney over the holidays so we are pretty excited anyways! I'm also happy that we were able to make plans for a trip this long!

Were you trying to book the room with one of the promotions? They only allot a certain # of rooms per deal, so if you tried to book w/o the deal, you may get in. Otherwise, I have no clue! Doesn't bode well for us, though!

I've read alot of reviews from all over the internet from people who have attended the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. The majority liked it alot.....so we have purchased our tickets for Dec. 11th. There were those that did not like it, mainly because they thought it was to crowded.....yet some attending the very same date said it was like having the park all to themselves. But they all agreed that the shows and parades were great........also learned that Fronterland is a good spot to hang out. We can't wait to see it snow on Main Street!

We'll be at MVMCP on Dec. 11 also!! We've been before, and I have to say that my favorite part is the is when it snows on Main Street. It is truely, absolutely magical!!!!

We'll be at ASMo (celebrating my parents' 57th wedding anniversary) the following week from Dec 10th - 17th. Guess I need to start packing now. It'll get crazy around here the closer we get to the holidays and I don't want to forget a thing!

We're at FW 12/3-10. Our first time staying there, DH's first trip to WDW.

Since we're taking our camper we'll be able to really pack a variety of clothes so not too worried about the weather. We're planning on doing MVMCP on Tues, 12/5. We really enjoyed MNSCHP on our last trip, I'm sure this will be just as good. My understanding is that as long as we buy the tickets by Monday, we'll still get the discounted price. That way, if the weather should look bad we can change the day if we want.

I'm sooooo excited!

I know they are having pop warner week, But we are staying at CSR 11-29 through 12-9. A friend was interested in going with us and I called yesterday and the ONLY thing that was left anywhere was ASM suites and CBR king beds. She said everything else was gone. Not even a few nights here and there. I am hoping there is a convention at our restort or something. Who knows maybe when we hit the 45 day or 50 day mark people will start canceling and some rooms will be open for you. Have you tried any of the DVCs, you can still get the DDP while there, but I dont know if they have transportaion to and from the parks. Good luck
