Just curious...we will be returning to the Magic for the June 21st cruise and we were hoping Jeff would still be on board. Any one know who's rockin' the joint?
Jeff and Chris are the dueling piano guys. They will be closing the dueling pianos when the ship goes into dry dock. Chris will be performing at Jelly Rolls on the Boardwalk at WDW and Jeff hasn't decided what he will be doing. He is exploring some options with DCL and with other cruiselines. We sure hope he stays with Disney in some capacity.

I'm horrified Jeff and Fidelio were the best thing to happen to DCL. It was the only place we spent the evenings on our last cruise. Not only were they excellent with the musical end of things but they were so funny and personable. They were the highlight of our cruise. I can't believe that DCL is doing away with that show. I have a cruise booked for 2004 on DCL and honestly, I think I may explore other cruise lines instead. Does any one have an email address for DCL so I can send in a comment about their decision?
To sjm:
Hi Sue,
How are you and Kevin doing? Hope you weathered the winter ok. Every one here is fine.

I agree totaly!! We always made sure to spend our evenings with Fidelio and Jeff. It was the Dueling Pianos or Sessions for us, there wasn't much other entertainment that I would be interested in.
Nancy, We are both fine and survived the winter. Our next cruise is in aug, on the Zenith to Bermuda.
As much as I enjoyed our Disney cruise, I don't think another one would be half as good without Fidelio!! I would really like to know where he has gone.
Isn't that where the Sports Bar is going? I'll have to admit that a sports bar would interest me more than Dueling Pianos (which I've only experienced at Boardwalk).
I hope he is happy wherever he is now and feels the "warm fuzzys" from all of us that will miss him. DCL will not be the same without him amd Dueling Pianos. I understand he was on the ship when those pianos were uncrated. It just won't be the same in there without them.
We also thoroughly enjoyed Jeff and Chris on the 17/5 Magic. Does anyone know their full names so we could find them performing at other venues (Disney or other).
I will find out their last names (they are friends of friends). Jeff will be performing at Wallbangers in Portland, Oregon this summer and Chris will be performing at JellyRolls on the Boardwalk at WDW until further notice.
