Who is a Junior?

On WDW's current TV and print ads they refer to adults, juniors, and children. What age is a junior? What prices are broken down into all three categories--hotel, park ticket, dining? I have only been able to find adult and children pricing.

Basically a junior is somebody who needs an adult ticket, but is not 18. So if you have 2 adults, a junior, and a child in a room the junior will pay an adult ticket, but not have to pay the extra $15/$25 a night for have more than 2 adults in the room.
